2024 WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY RATE ADJUSTMENT

On January 8, 2023, the City Commission approved a five-year plan for annual adjustments to water and wastewater utility rates. These adjustments will take effect starting March 1 of each year from 2023 to 2027.

In 2024, there will be a $2 base charge adjustment for wastewater, coupled with a 5% rate increase. Water services will also experience a $2 base charge adjustment, accompanied by an 8% rate increase.
