Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department is responsible for administrative and professional activities in workforce planning and talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits and wellness administration, human resource development, compensation and performance management programs, employee engagement, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, risk management and compliance, and technical assistance for supervisors and management.
